    MASTERING FAQS

    What does mastering actually do?

Mastering is the final polish: tonal balance, loudness, stereo image, and consistency across a project — making sure your record translates on earbuds, car systems, and club PAs, and is delivered in the right formats for release.

How loud should my master be for Spotify?

Streaming platforms normalize loudness (Spotify targets around -14 LUFS), so chasing maximum loudness usually hurts more than it helps. We master for impact at normalized playback, keeping dynamics intact.

    How much does mastering cost?

Every project is priced individually based on track count and scope. Request a quote with your project details and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Can you master a mix from another studio?

Yes — send your final mix (ideally a 24-bit WAV with 3–6 dB of headroom and no limiter on the mix bus) through our stem upload page, and we'll take it from there.
